Fig Newtons (paleo, AIP, vegan)

Yes, my friends, these are a delicious evocative tribute to our processed-food pasts - with far less of the associated guilt and indigestion (although, I suppose fig newtons were never the worst of the culprits). Anywho, a mon avis these taste pretty much like the real thing, texture, flavor and all - plus they're fun to make. A top recommendation for using up excess figs
